At Contempo Furniture, we want you to love your home; if your new piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to start a return authorization.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if applicable and place it back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  Our specialized logistics partners will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient time for a white-glove pickup from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
